Pack Your Items
Securely pack the products in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the items are clean and free of horse hair.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it to the outside of your package over any old labels.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
